MTP members evaluate and negotiate assignments individually. If you already know an MTP member, contact them to discuss the assignment opportunity. They will draw in the best resource(s) within the network to address the challenges and then meet with you to outline the assignment and present MTP's capabilities.

While each MTP assignment is unique, our compensation is tied to market rates for the positions we are filling, and typically has three components: a retainer, success fees, and equity participation. Duration of the engagement varies from interim to permanent and from part-time to project-based.
